CrispLayer will provide a minimum of 99.9% uptime to your website, email, and other related services. If services become unavailable for more than the allowed 0.1% in any month of service, a credit of 10% of the monthly fees for the affected services will be provided.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our service in the first 30 days as a CrispLayer client, a full refund of your monthly service fees will be provided.

You must simply submit your cancellation request along with your reason for cancellation to our support department within the first 30 days of service.

Support Guarantee

Our support team is available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. All support tickets are guaranteed to receive a response within 12 hours. Please note that most support tickets receive a response within 20 minutes. A $1 credit will be provided for every ticket that is not answered in the guaranteed time frame, with a total credit for a given month not to exceed the total monthly service fees.
